This Buffet for Thanksgiving was not really a buffet. They had one server at a station, who then would load your plate with what you asked, however, with a line of 30 people, it took forever to get served. Some of the servers could not speak English, and that was problematic. They had 3 different stations set up, one was a taco bar, but at times there was no one behind the plexiglass, so you could not get food. At the main course station, they were not bringing out fresh Turkey very fast, and you were forced to take the last scraps off the bones, and I was really looking forward to slices of turkey breast, only to be given scraps of dark meat. The value compared to ordering off the main menu...
I advise them to arrive early, even if they have a reservation. I had waited for a 10 minute, although I had a reservation, because some big parties arrived shortly before me and they had to catch up. the restaurant was empty and there were only two servers I could say. also the bar area was closed. after we were sat, we ordered drinks, but had to wait for the person who brought the margaritas back from lunch to get them so that our food arrived before our meal. the tacos and enchiladas had little flesh. I am sympathetic today for server and retail. they do the best they can give today. the server we definitely enjoyable and attentive, and that was appreciated.
el torito has been our Christmas Dinner tradition for 20 years and has rarely disappointed in all these years. 2022 was a standout. our server was so friendly and attentive, although the restaurant was busy that made it for a really great experience. we were 6 adult, a 3 year old and 6 months old, so some patient was required, but he got every step right. I'm looking forward to Christmas 2023.
Arrived at 9.45 for our booking. Was seated on time. Front desk was excellent. Food was served at three stations. Guy carving to meat had no idea what he was doing, did not know how to slice or handle the meats. Potato's we're cold. Desert table was great. Overall food was limited in choice, no turkey.

Need to fix the taste and quality of the brunch food if the business wants to stay open. Taco meats were cold and dry, cheese enchiladas tasted artificial, deserts were not impressive at all (bread pudding was cold and hard, ice cream was served melted. Not worth the $36 AYCE brunch at all.
Sometimes there were not enough servers around the buffet so it was hard to get food because they are the ones that have to serve you and you are not allowed to get anything on your own. But overall it was still good.
Angie was the best server ever she took very good care of us and made us feel welcome. Brunch was pretty good it included bottomless mimosas and tons of food. Don’t forget to order their 5$ Cadillac margaritas!
Went in a family group of six. Food was not bad, menu probably hasn't changed a great deal in the last 20 years. Server was very good. Interior was perhaps a bit tired. Given the low price, overall ok.

Good food. Poblano soup was really good. Great service. Staff was friendly and energetic!
saw us in cantina, which was not my preference, but the service was good.
