El Torito Tustin - Réserver une table

Inaccurate description of items that are being offered for Father’s Day brunch. Took over 20min to get drinks. Service was horrible. Reordered items and one never came. I had to track down server to even cash out. I’ve been to other El Toritos and I worked for the company before and used to be a trainer so I’m very understanding when it comes to service. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 15yrs and our server touched our table twice only. Even if it was brunch it was not as busy as other restaurants we’ve gone to brunch to previously. We had a reservation so the wait wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately the quality of food wasn’t the best neither was the selection. The floor was sticky (looked kind of dirty) and there was a smell. Unfortunately it felt like we were at a low budget buffet. I was expecting a better experience on Father’s Day.

For more than double the price of what the Buffet used to be, the food was less than desirable.
