El Trabuc - Réserver une table

It is not often that a restaurant that is mentioned by Michelin, disappoints, but here we have one. More than a hundred things on the menu, that should have been a warning. Ofcourse they can't all be fresh. And they weren't. My turbot came straight from the freezer, via the microwave, through a lot of grease, on my plate. Disgusting. One of us had tomatoes as hard as hockey balls. Another had sausages that smelled like the garbage can and way over date. Everything was fat, plump and lacked any finess. Maybe if you stick with the simple things you might be lucky: the onion soup was good. To complete the experience the staff consisted of a some very grumpy old men. We never saw a smile, through we really did our best to connect. They did not say goodbye either when we left. After I left a tip, which I regret. A bad experience, and an expensive one.

Fantastic legitima-te this macía, 30 minutes drive from Barcelona a, close to the Montmeló F1 race track. The best of the Catalan classic cuisine with incredible produce, good wine list and a wonderful atmosphere

I’ve visited this restaurant with some colleagues. Big menu and every dish we had was more than good. Definitely a place I’ll visit again.
