I've been dining at this restaurant since it first opened in the other shopping center, and I used to enjoy it. However, the quality of both the service and the food has significantly declined in recent years. Today was the last straw for me; I would have preferred going to a much worse place. I returned my food and voiced my complaints, but I received no resolution. I will absolutely never return. With a large family, I spend a considerable amount of money there, but the management didn't seem to care at all. I absolutely love El Vallarta for its buffet, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available during my visit today. The waitress was very friendly, but I never received the churros I ordered. The restaurant is kept nice and cool, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great dining atmosphere. I will definitely return on buffet days! The Mexican food here is quite good. While it may not be the best I've ever had, the flavors and portion sizes are enjoyable. The service was standard, just as I expected. It tends to get a bit busy during lunchtime.

The food was excellent! I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 4, and the atmosphere also a 4.
