Following the steps of Rick Stein into Cadiz, whilst visiting the amazing central market, it was suggested by one of the stalls that we purchase fish from the market and have a restaurant cook our choices for us. Slightly dubious we checked the restaurant out and made our plans, it all looked good. Dropping our selections off, we went for a great walk and return for the best fish meal we have ever had far surpassing all the many Michelin starred restaurants we have eaten at. Our party has travelled the world, but the combination of really fresh fish and tremendous cooking meant we ate like kings. Hemos comido genial. Hemos comprado 1/2 kilito de cigalas en el mercado y los han hecho a la misma placa. deliciosos bacalaos de bacalao y mucho. Lo que más se puede decir, cuando regresemos a Caulk repetiremos seguro.
Estuvimos ayer a comer. Llevamos del mercado pero también pedimos una ensalada de tomate. Calidad precio insuperable. Las dos camareras atentas, simpáticas y muy profesionales. Repetiremos algún día seguro.
