El Volcan Mexican Grill

I had lived in Independence for 5 years before trying this little cantina. Man, I wasted a lot of years not enjoying some excellent Mexican cuisine! Simply amazing food and great prices for the portions you receive. If you like chips and dip...the lava dip is amazing and can almost be a meal by itself!
