As usual El Xato delivers great cuisine at a very acceptable price. Service is absolutely top. The wine selection is also good. Taking into account that it s winter season, i would prefer more hot dishes instead of cold ones. If you visit El Xato often, one can compare. This time i missed the wow taste. Even presented as a work of art, i missed the taste bomb. Flavors were somehow flattened out. Good but not impressive. All in all El Xato gives you a journey into food, with always some surprises on the way.
Absolutely incredible. We found it easy to get to and easy to find parking (we are in winter though). The service was impeccable from the time we walked in door until we left. We ordered the Centenario menu and it was incredible. From the first bite to the last was an amazing trip into flavors, textures and colours. A feast for the senses!! The staff were fantastic. We will be returning.
the raw material, the quantities, the history that wraps each dish, the dishes, the winery, the family treatment, a micheline star loaded with humility and affection, facilities if you accompany a child because they offer you the menu of children. charmed with frankness and cristina to ten in kitchen.
It was great to discover this restaurant in the nut. Since we entered, the agreement was phenomenal on the part of all the staff, who was always attentive to us. on the table, they all stopped surprising us, also very well explained at all times. As the menu varies, we'll probably be back soon.

For a one star restaurant, the experience of el Xato is above expectations. We had the 16 items menu, every one better than the other…value for money is for sure excellent, taking into consideration that level of restaurant. Highly recommended…..must reserve well in advance..
cozy and familiar. the staff has exceeded all our expectations. we have chosen the centennial menu. Each dish has led me to travel my land through the senses. Each dish exceeded the previous one. I could not stay with one alone. from beginning to end.
the xato has overcome the spectacles we had. the restaurant is small but very cozy. the spectacular and abundant food. and very close and professional service. francisco made us feel like we're all clients of life.
very good experience. everything very good and the deal with the spectacular waiters. to put a but, the acoustics of the place would improve. We will come back in a moment to see that the new dishes surprise us.
