The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere—warm and clean. Our waiter was courteous and professional. However, the shrimp in the various dishes we ordered was mushy, and while the overall food was decent, it lacked the authentic Mexican flavor we were expecting. On the bright side, the empanadas were quite good. Also, if you're planning to pay by card, be sure to calculate your total beforehand, as an itemized receipt isn't guaranteed.
Don't waste your time or money! There are better restaurants out there than this place.I ordered through doordash because I'm injured and don't want to stress the injury more by cooking, but instead they scammed me out of my money and avoided speaking English so they didn't have to pay me back for the food they didn't give me and the items they did give me were ruined. Such a horrible restaurant!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with their delicious fresh seafood, which stands out from any other place I've visited. They make their corn tortillas in-house, and everything from the chicken nuggets to the sauces is outstanding. It's also very kid-friendly, offering great meal options for children along with high chairs available.
The food was incredibly bland and lacked any real flavor. Once our meals arrived, our server disappeared and we never saw her again. We had to signal to someone just to get our bill and pay. Additionally, the music was so loud that it was impossible to have a decent conversation. I definitely won't be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
I really enjoyed the Large Shrimp Ceviche (Ceviche de Camarón Grande). It was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations, especially since I'm quite particular about my ceviche. I was also impressed by the generous portion. I’ve definitely discovered a new favorite spot for ceviche. So tasty!
Welcome to Mexico! El Zarandeado is an excellent Mexican seafood restaurant located in the South Valley of Albuquerque. You absolutely have to try the Seafood Molcajete, which is filled with tilapia, shrimp, and octopus. It's fantastic! And don’t forget to order a horchata.
The fish tacos were excellent. They were shown as whole filets in the pictures, but they arrived diced. Despite that, they were still quite tasty, though a bit on the spicy side. I think some diced mango or pineapple would make a fantastic topping.
The menu could use a bit more variety. While my family loves seafood, I'm not the biggest fan of it. Overall, it was a nice experience. Réservez une table maintenant
