The steaks here are amazing! I was torn between coming here or a high-end steakhouse, and I’m really glad I chose Eleazar. I love supporting family-owned businesses, especially when the food and service are excellent. The food exceeded my expectations, even compared to the fancy steakhouses I’ve visited. The cowboy steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the fried calamari and spinach dip, both of which were delicious. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I will definitely be returning!
I ordered the Bistro burger, and it was fantastic! It was so big that I had to cut it in half to eat it, and the beef was cooked to perfection. Although I'm not usually a fan of onions, they were surprisingly enjoyable on this burger. I initially intended to order steak and potatoes, but the cheapest option at the time was over $30, which was a bit too much for my budget. Still, I left feeling satisfied with my burger choice. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit—very clean, and the staff is friendly.
When I visited on a Saturday night, I was surprised by how quiet it was. I chose to sit at the bar, and the service was satisfactory. My only suggestion would be to improve the presentation of the dishes. The slab bacon came on a large plate with just two slices of bacon and two sliced tomatoes on the side. Using a smaller plate would enhance the overall presentation and make it look more appealing.
