We wanted to test these Greeks because they were a fine Greek cuisine. We wanted to compare our favorite Greeks Georgius with the alleged fine Greeks from Steinheim. Despite reservations, we had to wait 20 minutes on our table. As a greeting, there was not even an ouzo, instead of a generative waiter. The menu is much too big and something is not part of a fine Greek restaurant. As an appetizer we had burned the garlic bread and the Saganaki special, garlic bread matschig Saganaki special and from the frituse, so the drinks came first with the appetizer. As the main course we had 2x the 25 lamb chop here we had to order extra frying potatoes, instead of which we got mashed potatoes with Mayo...
First we thought it had to be really good, because it was full of breaks. It started that I got a completely different drink than ordered. On demand the obviously overwhelmed waiter noded, but brought nothing else. My husband had ordered gros with pepper sauce, but got champion sauce. The argument was pepper sauce would not fit. There is a similar dish with pepper sauce on the map. I had squid, but I was just okay. No delicious sauce like our Greeks in Solingen. A pity
First time in this restaurant, feels like a friend of the house. Just so welcome. The Oberkellner is so friendly that you feel really well guarded. The food, from the appetizer to the main plate with lamb was simply from the finest. A real experience that can offer gastronomy. I had ordered Gyros with mushroom cream sauce, unfortunately the few mushrooms were ice cold. Two dishes with drinks cost 38.10 euros, that was ok. I put 40,10 euros in the box. The waiter came, took the casket together with money and said thank you. I mean, wait a minute, if I give tips, I'll say it's true, I'll get two more euros back. He gave me the change. I found the waiter's behavior three times.
The restaurant opens on Sunday from 12 noon to 14:30. So it's on the door and on the Internet. However, the guest will be charged at 13.40 a.m. and 10 minutes later the waiter will come and want to settle. That's a call for me to go. It won't be asked if you might want to drink. This has happened to me twice. The food was good. Maybe the owner should change the opening hours.
