I only used the restaurant at this hotel. The restaurant is on the second floor, and you walk up the stairs to the second floor by passing in front of the hotel reception. Since it says Hotel Restaurant , I mistakenly think that the shop on the first floor is a restaurant. (The first floor is a bar and there is no dinner menu) My wife had the white fish meuniere and I had the sautéed pork, both of which were very delicious. There is also a wide selection of wine. The inside of the store is spacious and relaxing. The floor staff were also very pleasant and we had a fun conversation. If you want to have dinner in front of VISP station, this restaurant is highly recommended.

Hallo zusammenMeine Freunde und ich wollten Freitags gemütlich unser Feierabend genissen. Dies hand haben wir nun seit 3 Jahren so.Leider ist uns seit dem letzten Jahr aufgefallen das Stammkunden immer schlecherter behandelt werden, ich weiss ja nicht ob es wichtiger ist neue Kunden zu erlangen oder Kunden die seit Jahren da sind angemessen zu behandeln. Nun ja ich empehle jedem, der auf der suche ist nach einem Stammlokal, ein anderes auf zu suchen. Dort werden sie wenigstens angemessen behandelt

Good hotel. VERY clean. Sometimes you won’t find such cleanliness in luxury hotels. Excellent service, lovely girls. I was in a room for one person. Everything is there, even a TV. The room is not small, it was enough for me. Breakfast was ok, lots of things. The location is great. Thank you

War beruflich unterwegs,außer sauber war's hier sehr mühsam.Keine Duschtücher, das Kissen nach langer Suche im Schrank in einem Sack gefunden........ Das Bierglas vom Vorabend stand am zweiten Tag immer noch herum. Ich denke ich komme nicht wieder. Réservez une table maintenant

Will not recommend this place. Please mind your employees manners. Elite' does not mean looking over the shoulder. The personal should be more polite and courteous, considering how others are feeling, specially when customers are asking for help.

Beste Bar in Visp!! Immer wenn ich in Visp bin, bin ich Gast bei euch. Ihr seit immer sehr freundlich und die Getränke immer 1A. Ich liebe zudem eure Pasta... Vorallem die mit der P2 Sauce.

Nice, functional rooms. Lots of sockets including USB and USB C... The hot water didn't run all night. You couldn't take a warm shower until around 7 a.m. The breakfast was sensational!!!!
