Food is great but service is not online ordering times are extremely inconsistent at times your order will be ready 10 minutes early, but more often than not it?s 10 15 minutes late. Or more. Why order ahead if the estimated time is over 20minutes wrong? 6/20 said would be ready at 8:55 actually on shelf at 9:18 UPDATE: Thank you for the reply however Ibelieve that you should take responsibility for the system you are using and if there are limitations, work to fix them insteadof passing all the blame to the system. This place used to be wonderful, however it seems to be a significant drop off in quality and service as of late. After several errors on phone orders we decided to try their online service...mistake.. upon receiving our order we found they were completelydifferent sandwiches and we were refused a refund. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this business that we wouldfrequent 3-4 times a week. Edit: we received no phone call or even voice mail message. The disclaimer on the page does notprevent the consumer from receiving their bargained for product. No swearing here, just an improperly run establishment.
We have been aiming for Elizabeth's Bagels since the 1990s. They never fail to impress with their fresh, soft, and chewy bagels in a variety of delicious flavors. The cream cheese options are fantastic, the sandwiches are amazing, and even my dogs enjoy their treats. Today, I opted for pick-up and it was a breeze. I placed my bagel order last night and scheduled my pick-up for this morning. They notified me via text when my order was ready, I called upon arrival, and received my order within minutes. Despite being busy, the staff were friendly and attentive.
This restaurant is a hidden gem in the area. They make their own variety of cream cheeses and bagels, which are absolutely delicious and made quickly. Their offerings are tastier and faster than Dunkin Donuts. They also have lunch options, but I personally prefer going there in the mornings. It's important to note that they only make a certain amount of food for the day, so if you go in late you might not have as many options to choose from. We come here whenever we’re in Franklin and I absolutely love the food, specifically the croissants and pizza bagels. This morning we were there and our order was taking longer than expected for curbside pickup and the owner came out and apologized to us. That’s how you do business! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone in this area in need of a good hangover cure!
I highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious food, excellent service, and my favorite bagels of all time. Even when there is a line, they move quickly and I especially enjoy using their convenient online ordering system. The coffee is fantastic and you can't go wrong with a sandwich or bagel with cream cheese.
This restaurant has the best bagels and sandwiches in town! The food is always delicious and the staff is fantastic. The variety of cream cheese flavors is amazing and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying the Rhode Islander Bagel Sandwich – it's fantastic.
