Ella Italia - Stadtrestaurant

The food was not bad but the waiter was rude he used the informal you dutzen which is considered to be very rude in some countries including Germany and Austria when talking to me only because my German was not perfect and I used it only because he spoke no English... . It turned out he was the shift manager and a member of the family owning the place at the same time. Showing no respect for your clients is one of the worst things one can do when running a business. We do not recommend the place.

The food was delicious and the ice cream also amazing the only negative thing from that nice place is that you have to pay 2 euros for a empty plate,in time of corona this is really amazing the waiter mention it after he brought the bill that it is written on the menu but with such small letter that probably all tourists don’t see it !!!!!!!

Wollten im Stadtrestaurant essen. Nach einigen Fragen bezüglich der Speisekarte, haben wir es allerdings aufgegeben. Der Kellner kannte sich absolut nicht aus. Hatten ein Mineralwasser und einen Orangensaft gespritzt, den man uns allerdings in einem Glaskrug mit Strohhalm servierte - ohne Glas. Neid danke, nie wieder

Decent pizza and Wiener Schnitzel, and they've got the Spaghettieis which is always fun. Best of all, they're open on Sundays, unlike most restaurants in Eisenstadt! The menu has plenty of English and pictures too. Réservez une table maintenant

Wir waren uns noch schnell stärken , dann ging es ab ins Schloss zur Besichtigung. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung flott. Wir waren zufrieden. War nicht teuer (normal).

Teig und Belag waren hervorragend, die Bedienung nett und aufmerksam, obwohl viel los war. Die Bierqualität ist ausbaufähig, aber ist in der Gegend ein allgemeines Problem.

Good food, sometimes nice waiters. Good coffee, ice cream and choice of beer. Vegetarian options are limited
