An unassuming little patisserie with a big selection of cakes. It's not as rich as the traditional Western style cakes and not as light as the Asian style cakes, so it's just perfect for my liking. Tofu cheesecake is light has a nutty, light tofu flavour and not too sweet. New York cheese cake is so so good... fluffy and light and lightly tangy. Perfect. The mango cheesecake is a non baked version so its light wobbly, like a pannacotta. The chocolate layer cake is the richest and most dense but not overly so. Not overly sweet a bit more spongey then I'd like but great with coffee. Such a great little find and I can't wait to try more.

Ella's patisserie having been here for most of our growing up, is one of our favourite places to get a nice indulgent cake! With quite affordable cakes, you can expect good flavours and an equally pleasing service and comfortable atmosphere. Generally our favourite is the trio chocolate ($3.80) - three gorgeously smooth mouses laid on top of each other, and the cheesecake ($3.80) - a great non over sweet cake. We definitely recommend you to go and give one of their cakes a go!
this little cake shop is located near Hurstville station and the bus terminal. Sponge cakes are sooooooo fluffy， fresh cream with low suger content. Cheese cakes and mousse cakes are so creamy，the New York Cheese cake and Trio Trail are my longtime flavor....Too many cakes to choose from.

Have walked passed here many times and didn't realise it was a patisserie/cafe so I recommend some better signage. The cakes we tried, strawberry mousse and lychee blueberry cake, were fantastic. Inside the cafe it was a bit dark but some stronger lights would make it more appealing.
Meilleur gâteau! Mais un petit magasin local est définitivement plus sain et lanceur. Jamais excessivement sucré, jamais excessivement gras. Excellent pour les amateurs de confiserie soucieux de la santé et des personnes âgées.
The cakes are so good. They are not too sweet, and the sponge cakes are soft. The price is reasonable. I love the amazing birthday cake, especially the bubble tea sponge and taro sponge.
This store sells all the Asian flavoured cakes like green tea, black sesame, tofu, taro, chestnut, even avocado! Love their thousand layers cakes, not too sweet

Good quality matcha powder. This cake was a bit expensive but worth it. Custom-made and super rich matcha taste and so creamy.
Tasty Cake with good price and strongly recommend. The staff is so warm.
