We discovered Ellis last year and were thrilled! In particular, we liked the concept with sugar-free, biological, etc. Now the place has been biocertified since 2020, Congratulations! We've already eaten cakes, flamecakes and salads, always delicious. Also invited Insulans who did not know the spot and loved it. freely flowing green area is beautiful to let the soul grow. The operation (self-service on the threses) was also noticed, not always beautiful and cooled. That would be what you could improve, just put a little more kindness on the agenda. Best location for a snack bar that can be more than just snacks. The flame cake is great and the ambience is really great. Also suitable for “not water sports”. In high season, many cyclists are on site and watch the kiters. The image was created in the quiet evening during sunset.

We used the parking lot there for a day trip with the camper. Great location! Good way to go through the ear. In summer very relaxed...
