Ordered food through ubereats and apparently there was a mixed up in the pricing. In the app it stated the fish was $32, cool so I paid that. A few minutes later the owner called me sounded really annoyed telling me that the actual price was $40. He could have just honored the online price or get in touch with Uber so he could make the $8 adjustment. Needless to say, he cancelled my order and my account was charged. I know I’m getting my money back, but this is crazy to me. Especially when I’m a regular at this place.

I don't like the experience there, she gave me two paper bags oil all over them, the plates are not safe for take out food and a little bit of food for $20+ dollar the worst part one of the food just dropped out of the bag. I got food all over the place.
I don’t know what’s going on at Elza but the price hike and the tiny portion they serve now it’s ridiculous. Ordered a $30 Griot Fritay and the 4 tiny fried plaintains, 3 marinade, and 4 akra look like they were made for a doll party. Never again.

The food is pretty good and the customer service is friendly. However, the prices keep rising, and it seems the customer isn’t being considered. I used to purchase food more often, but I see the prices keep rising, and it doesn’t become worth it.
Food was extremely salty. Call the restaurant and was told that I am just not used to eating food with salt. Pretty much gaslit. Very disappointing.
It's one of my favorite places. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. The customer service is top-notch.
This is my favorite restaurant overall. You can really see their expertise in the remarkable food.
