the economic version of m. berasategui in donostia. an old sidreria reconverted and updated aesthetically. very recommend the tasting menu (€105 without drinks) attentive and professional service. a succession of small delicacies; appetizers, salad, all eel pepper, scallop, deconstructed carbonara, merluza, solmillo, two desserts and petit fours.
