Went in on a Sunday night around 6 and surprisingly it was very quiet. My husband ordered a vodka soda with lime and the waiter brought it out with a lemon saying “the bartender said it’s supposed to come like this” I’m sorry, I know it’s just a lemon vs a lime but we asked for a lime. My husband ordered a steak sandwich and it definitely has changed from the last time we’ve had it. It looked bland. He ordered it medium rare and it was definitely over cooked. No seasoning just a blob of butter over the steak. I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich. The roll was not toasted instead it was dry and cold. Plus they charge for refills on soda? No thanks. We won’t be returning.

Overall, I’d say it was an okay option for dinner, but I might explore other choices next time.
Something has changed recently, for the worse. Hopefully only the summer doldrums, and replacement staff for those who will soon return from vacation. Replacement bartender, drinks were short, compared to up the rim, with the regular bartender. Half an hour for a small pizza to be served after ordering. Unacceptable. Waiter said the kitchen was backed up. Really? Neither the parking lot nor the restaurant were backed up. I 've been going there for 20 years, but one more experience like this, and I will go elsewhere.
The staff here is incredibly welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The main dining room is nice and quiet, perfect for a calm meal, while the bar next door had a lively crowd enjoying themselves a bit more loudly. The penne vodka was excellent, and they were very accommodating with options for lighter alcoholic drinks. As for parking, there's a standard lot at the back for guests of the hotel restaurant. Usually, I get their sliced steak platter but wanted something different. Got a grilled pork chop, which was dry, only saving grace was the mushroom gravy.
