The menu was extensive, featuring over 200 items—almost like reading a book! The waitress came back three times before I finally settled on something that appealed to my taste buds. I chose the half chicken with potatoes and mixed vegetables. Unfortunately, the chicken was boiled and quite dry, the potatoes were average, but the vegetables were delicious. I noticed that the waitress served the drinks by placing her hands over the top of the glasses, which was off-putting, as most people prefer not to drink from a straw. It would be better if she served the drinks from the middle or bottom of the glass. On a positive note, the atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet.
I got the sausage gravy and biscuit home fries with cheese eggs. She got the pancakes, sausage and cheese eggs. Food was good orange juice was good. When you order cheese eggs remember to put ketchup on them. They have a huge menu which I like. Great place to go to late night or during the day. Open 24 hours I think. It be packed Sundays because of the church folks. But overall great place

The desserts are 5 stars! Service is 5 stars. The food was okay. We had both breakfast, that was excellent and dinner was solid but not great. Service is spectacular. You can order, eat and quickly check if you like that. I'd rather eat slower, but I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this diner.

The soup was tasteful, the atmosphere was relaxing, but the service was a little... Well, I must say I'm back to a waitress to see how you enjoy your meal...if you need anything else, but that wasn't the case here. I've been here before, maybe back, but this last visit just wasn't the greatest.
My first time at Empire Diner was great. The atmosphere was energetic. The service was excellent. The food was really good. I order the fried seafood combo which was very good. You get a choice of soup or salad and two sides. There raspberry ice tea was really good. Thumps up.
Maria was an excellent waitress. She was very busy this morning, but was good to go. Breakfast was hot and was quick to refill. Political and professional. We started morning breakfast at Diner again. Everyone was masked and the diner was very clean.
We've been in the neighborhood for 10 years and haven't had a chance to experience Empire diner. The food is spicy and mediocre flavor. I think the most I want to order again would be a kebab platter
