Empyrean is the best upscale, classy, and impeccably clean Indian restaurant in Hoboken. After trying their food, we can’t help but keep coming back for more. It’s perfect for both dining in and takeout, with an excellent menu that caters to both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The staff is friendly, and they have a great drinks menu as well. We especially love their chole and Bombay aloo. Plus, they use eco-friendly cutlery for takeout, allowing us to enjoy a guilt-free meal without worrying about plastic waste. We were often disappointed with the dining options between Jersey City and Edgewater, but now Empyrean is our go-to place.

We had a great dining experience at Empyrean! The service and presentation of the dishes made a positive impression. The spice level, texture, and taste of the food were enjoyable. Liked the vegetarian platter with well-marinated vegetables, cottage cheese and found the Dal Makhani, served with a slice of ginger, to be delicious. Additionally, the restaurant's convenient location right across from the Hoboken station adds to its appeal!!!!Vegetarian options: Options available from appetizers to entree with small and large plates

Honestly, this place is my go to for Indian food. The steamed chicken momos are amazing! The chili chicken is also very good! Overall, the food is delicious. The staff is always very accommodating. There is one gentleman in particular (I never caught his name) whenever we go and if it’s late and the kitchen is closing, he will make the accommodation for us and let us order and have the food. He never ever has said no. That really shows their customer service and satisfaction. It’s a great place to go with friends and family. Réservez une table maintenant

Very disappointed with how bland a lamb rogan josh I ate there was. Rogan Josh is meant to have relatively strong spices but this was just a smooth and tasteless gravy. Good portion of meat, but not the flavor I expected from an Indian restaurant. No printed menu you have to download it but then they charged me a higher price than the menu said. When I complained they said it hasn 't been updated on line yet ! The whole point of forcing people to use an online menu is that it can be updated in seconds.

We hosted a birthday dinner, and the service and food were incredible! Our server, Chandu, was particularly outstanding; he clearly communicated the serving sizes, offered excellent food suggestions, and kept us informed about the timing of our food's arrival, which contributed to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best Indian food in NJ. Always fresh and delicious. The customer service is always great. Arjun is always a great help and always nice I messed up on my order and he assisted me right away. Absolutely worth every penny. The Indian food here is incredibly tasty and full of flavor. The malai kofta, in particular, was perfectly made—melt-in-your-mouth delicious and packed with just the right balance of flavors. Réservez une table maintenant
