En Pleine Nature - Réserver une table

We were welcomed warmly yet politely. We ahd arrived a little early so were settled in the reception area and offered Floc de Gascogne they specialise in regional drinks and foods . The decor is very pleasant and we were offered a choice of a table upstairs or with a view of the kitchen. We chose the latter: always revealing and entertaining. There is no choice at En Pleine Nature except if you don 't eat soemthing or are vegetarian , so each course is a surprise and adventure. Without going into detail because, when you go, it will be quite different! , each course was exquisite, beautifully presented, with delicate aromsa and subtle flavours. Les repas dont on se souvient le mieux sont ceux qui surprennent et ravissent le palais. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à 4 plats (qui comprend en fait plus de 4 plats avec amuse-bouche, pré-désert et mignardises) et nous avons été ravis tout au long de notre séjour car nous avons été enchantés à maintes reprises par des saveurs audacieuses et subtiles telles que le pin, l'estragon mexicain, sauge bleue, taupe verte et plus encore. Les vins qui l'accompagnaient étaient parfaitement assortis, y compris l'inattendu vin de riz fermenté. Chaque plat était impeccablement préparé, délicieux et servi avec soin. Un repas mémorable !

We had a fantastic lunch, lots of different flavors, beautifully presented and we appreciated the surprise effect; the fact that you don't know what you are ordering just that it will either be meat or fish (or both depending the menu you choose). The value for quality ratio is incredible. This sort of standard at less than 30euros for a three course lunch is fantastic. The service was efficient but not too rapid; our lunch lasted 2 hrs but it felt like we didn't have to wait very long between dishes. We will defo be coming back.

Reserved lunch on Tuesday 25 November 2014. Chose the Mer Terre (surprised) lunch €42. No precise menu, Chef decides on the day. All dishes unusual excellently refined with great presentation service. Good wine list but a bit expensive for the quality... Nice view of open kitchen where Chef and staff produce the wonderful dishes from fresh quality products. Would highly recommend this unique experience to anyone!

Wonderful food. Wonderful service terrific atmosphere. A great way to celebrate with our french friends. We don't eat non kosher meat but eat veggies and fish. Our friends eat everything. They made perfect meals for both us and our friends. Anna chose a great wine for us. Thanks
