Enchilada Bruchsal

with the desire to go back to Mexican food we visited the enchilada in bruchsal. a very nice ambiente over two days emphasizing the gas. After studying the map we decided for the tres miniburritos three small filled weizentortillas. the fillings consisted beside the obligatory bornmus, barbecue vegetables, cheese and Mexican rice with quinoa made of rinderhack "chili con carne chicken and jackfruit. For me also a chance to finally try this so hydrated jackfruit. to the burritos there were still bowls with sour cream, guacamole and picco de gallo a pick-up sauce from chopped tomatoes, swirling, coriander and chili-shots. The whole thing was garnished with some taco chips and fresh coriander....

always make it here and the food is delicious. I understand that due to corona it is necessary to provide air supply, but it was too cold in the evening, as the door was open all the way! that was very unpleasant. you should consider a better solution here.

Online reservation immediately confirmed (although very short notice), plenty of menu, superior eating and a super drink selection, both alcoholic and anti-alcoholic, super nice and attentive service. Conclusion: at any time!
