Encinitas Ale House

Earlier, one of my favorites was until the visit was recently and saw the whole interior overrun with dogs. Dogs sat on seats at the tables and lay over all walking areas. These surfaces were not cleaned between the mosquitoes, nor was all loose dog hair flying to possibly contain from the contamination of the food. I am a dog lover, but the interior of a restaurant filled with such animals saw the line for me. It is incredibly unhygienic and unacceptable for an interior.

Love this hole in the wall. Such a sweet little secret spot with the BEST burgers and beer selection I have ever experienced. They also have amazing pizzas and the mac n cheese is to die for, I add broccoli and mushrooms. So good. Their list of Belgian beers is like no other and they carry a ton of sour beers as well! A must if you are in the area! The staff is wonderful as well!

Always a great experience. Great staff, great food, and an outstanding beer selection in bottles, cans, and draft. The specialty burgers are always delicious but don't forget about the fish tacos and the pizzas. If you order a burger, upgrade to the parmesan garlic fries. You won't be sorry.

BEST BURGER EVER. Be sure to upgrade your fries to garlic cheese ones, well worth it! Beers are cool as well and the place is very reasonably priced. They serve decent sized desserts too if you have a sweet tooth like me ;

The best bartender in the world Max! Large variety of European and local beer. Amazing pub food. Get the Kobe sliders or Belgian mussels. The atmosphere feels like a cozy Belgian pub.
