I've eaten here many times and have always had good food and service. however the other night we took some friends there for a quick dinner (we were going to see a band) and I was completely mortified! The meals (only sandwiches as we were in a hurry) took 30 minutes to come out, as they were sitting in the kitchen for some time and we finally asked again about them. When I finally got my pastrami sandwich it was cold, the bread was burned black and it had the wrong side dish. We couldn't wait for it to be remade at that point and asked that just something to be taken off the price of that one sandwich. I arrived at the Endicott Grill, about a quarter to 10pm. It was readily obvious to me that during the day it 's a bar and table restaurant, we 've all seen many that operate like Endicott Grill does. So I ordered off the late night limited menu. The late night scene is very loud, with a small dance floor and separate area for dancing and drinking. The music was straight 2000 's rap, and a little pop. We got nachos they were loaded! , not being a nacho fan myself I thought they wouldn 't be good but they were exceptional. We also ordered a steak and cheese sub, also great! This is more of a dive bar. I went to meet up with some friends for dinner. We ended up sitting at the bar cause the game was on. No menu was given to me when I sat, had to ask after waiting a while. Then once ordered I must have waited 30 minutes for my app and an hour for my entree. The place was dead. They had a bartender and server and it was still slow so had to be in the kitchen. There seemed to be confusion on who got what as well. Food, meh I should have just either stayed home or went to a fast food place. Sliders were okay, nothing to order again. I love the food. The Beyond Burger is served with a delicious pesto mayo. They have homemade chips with a nice seasoning. The problem is that we wait an awfully long time to get our food, especially considering that they were not busy either time. The booths also need updating. They are all showing lots of wear. But I love the food and prices!Vegetarian options: A great Beyond Burger with pesto mayo, also a real nice stir fry.
