Engebrunnen - Réserver une table

Etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes Beringen, nahe bei den Tankstellen und Gewerbehäusern ist in einem schon fast historischen Gebäude ein kleines Gasthaus eingebaut. Es bietet, zumindest über Mittag, gute lecker Mahlzeiten als Tagesmenu und ein a la carte Angebot. Ich bestellte das preisgünstigste Menu und bekam eine Bouillon mit Gemüse und Nudeleinlagen. Die Bouillon war vermutlich ein Würfel, die Einlagen selbst, nicht gefriergetrocknet, in die Suppe geschnitten.Der Hauptgang, Fleischkäse mit Spiegelei, Pommes und Gemüsebeilage war gut und frisch zubereitet, heiss aufgetragen. Der Kaffee nachher empfand ich nicht so lecker. Das Duft- und Geschmacksvolumen des schwarz getrunkenen Kaffee war etwas...

The food is first class, we always eat beef fillet from the hot stone, always fresh meat and top service. Robert Kqira Great keep it up.
