A very clean hotel, friendly painted corridors. But even from the outside makes a well-kept impression. Since we had a rainy day, we were glad about tea coffee and the clean lime-free kettle. At the property works friendly staff and on our extra request with later arrival would be received without Murren. about the refrigerator in the room we were positively surprised. The booked triple room also had three full beds. Breakfast was plentiful and the fresh semmals a dream (have experienced it differently in a more expensive hotel). The price-performance ratio is already in order with this situation.
We stayed two nights at this hotel. It was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and always an open ear. It was all clean. The breakfast buffet was great and there was enough to choose from. Dinner at the hotel was very good and plentiful. Free parking is available.We can only recommend the hotel. The Europapark Rust is 10 min by car, also by bike, because you get back to the park.We wish the hotel team all GUTE and keep going. 2020 all great renovated.Thank you again
Clean, friendly staff, well maintained and modern equipment. Food Top! The rooms are slightly bright, so you can hear the neighboring room shower and toilet flushing. And, therefore, unfortunately, also 2 points deduction, the mattresses in the 1st floor have passed, a fellow traveler also confirmed this from his room. Dear Angel Team, the bed I think is the most important thing in the hotel, here should be invested more....
Ate in the restaurant which was clean with friendly staff. We had pork and spatzle and flammekuchen, which were both lovely washed down with cold beer.We should have ordered the vampire toast though, which was flying out of the kitchen and looked amazing.Didn't stay in the rooms so can't comment on that.

The food was great! Delicious and beautifully dressed. Despite full house the waitresses were very friendly, cordial and accommodating! Once we're around again, we'll definitely be back.
