Out of 12 house visits with different brokers all crammed into one week, this was the one that finally made the sale. The inital hurdle to overcome for the visit was we only had a timeslot on Sunday left, but Mr Joost was the perfect go-between between us and the seller. We *did* visit on the Sunday and got a full tour of the premises, delivered excellently (and with some humour). The sale went very smoothly.
