Jamais déçu par ce restaurant authentique et chaleureux. On se sent comme à la maison avec des plats savoureux et de qualité. Chaque visite à l'Ensemble-Bien eat- m'offre un moment de qualité et de plaisir indéniable. Quant à Margot, la cheffe et maîtresse des lieux, elle insuffle une simplicité et un enthousiasme qui nous garantissent de sortir avec le sourire. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Très bonne adresse à Vaison. Rien à voir avec les restaurants touristiques. Cuisine faite maison, produits sains. De plus, l'accueil et le personnel sont super sympas. Ne manquez pas d'y aller. Very good time shared with family. Simple and very tasty family cooking, we really enjoyed it. Good welcome, the staff is very warm and efficient. The only downside is the placement, we would have preferred a table under a parasol and that would have been perfect. I highly recommend.
