Ambiance, service and food was good. We are steak lovers and we wanted the bigger steak but the only available was the 7ounces. Sauce was good but do not expect the same as the ones in Europe. You can ask for extra sauce too. We ordered the Table D’Hôte for two and a half liter of Cótes de Bordeaux wine. Soup, salad and dessert included, mostly average. One thing I disliked was that our dog was not allowed even though they had a big outdoor seating area. We saw a dog inside that’s why we asked but they just said NO. Nice place with an old vibe very compatible with the spirit of Québec! I ordered Salmon, very tasty and at the right cook. My wife had ribs, soft and melting away from the bones. My son had the 7 ounces entrecot with fries, very good according to him. Profiteroles and creme brûlée as desert, magnificent choices. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny flavor of coffee in the creme brûlée, it didn’t seem right… I guess it was a matter of comparison as the profiteroles were so amazingly good that overshadowed the creme… price was fair as well.

Known for their steak with matchstick fries, the secret really is in the sauce!! Absolutely delicious! Topped off with profiteroles for dessert! A must go!!

The staffs are friendly and quick on their services. I hope they could've ask customers on steak preference prior to preparing it. Highly recommended!
