Enzian - Réserver une table

From Winkelmatten it is a hike of around 1.25-1.5 hours to Findeln and an altitude difference of around 430 meters has to be overcome. In winter there can of course be snow on the path. The Enzian has a sun terrace, of course with a view of the Matterhorn. In winter it is also accessible via the slopes. Everything was perfect, we were spoiled with good service and a cozy table with a corner seat. I had the lime risotto, my husband had a quiche Lorraine with a green salad on the side, and for the aperitif we had a gentian plate with fine fendant. We'd love to come back.

All dishes are prepared with a lot of love delicately seasoned and beautifully presented. Top kitchen! The homemade cakes are also highly recommended. On top there is a great location with a great view of the Matterhorn from the rustic, cozy sun terrace. Great atmosphere, not least because of the friendly service staff. Absolute recommendation!

For one glass of sprite with a slice of lemon and 2 leaves of minth, 8, 5 chf...They had it as home made nut it was not like this
