Here's the difference: They use HARD ICE CREAM. So far, it's the only place I've heard of that doesn't use soft serve (aside from the Chevron up the street). The difference? An initial thicker shake. They used an appropriate amount of raspberries, which was appreciated. This place is a worthy shake competitor for sure! Located practically next door to Ber's, on the corner of the light at the entrance to Garden City.
I am pleased to give this restaurant a rating of 2 stars because their shakes were excellent, among the best I have had in Bear Lake. However, their burgers were the cheapest and worst I have ever tasted. It is a shame to see such great shakes paired with such low quality burgers. Absolutely terrible.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the woman who served us was very friendly and lovely. The restaurant itself had a lot of interesting things to see. I will definitely be coming back.
I enjoyed a large bacon double cheeseburger with crispy fries, seasoned perfectly. I love this place. Johnny Cash music adds to the great atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant
ephraim’s is a solid choice to eat in garden city. most important are the celestial. they are made from hard ice and freshly mixed.
Good food if your in the area. It had good taste to it. They have clean restrooms and a nice outdoor seating area thats covered.
Their food is outstanding, their shakes are amazing. The staff is wonderful. It's a cozy little place that feels like home.
