La cocina de Er Occitan es tremendamente sorprendente y no deberíais extrañaros de acabar preguntando que es cada cosa, a lo que los camareros responderán, incluso, explicando todo el proceso de elaboración. Pero eso no arruina la sorpresa, porque es una explosión de sabores y sensaciones. Muy recomendable.

The kitchen of the West is tremendously surprising and should not be missing asking that it is every thing, what the waiters will answer, even, explaining the whole process of elaboration. but that doesn't ruin the surprise, because it's an explosion of flavors and sensations. highly recommended.
