There is nothing outstanding about El Tapeillo, but that being said, it is quite a nice place for a simple meal near the center of town. Almunecar has more restaurants per capita than one would expect. Therefore, it is easy to find a nice place to eat or and fine place to dine.
We've eaten here on a number of occasions, the service is always good and the staff very attentive. The drinks are cheap and the tapas plentiful with a different dish served with every round. A great place to spend the night before going out on the town.
This bar is a really lovely place a bit off the normal tourist streets. The staff is great and so are the tapas. The tapas served to the drinks vary every evening and are really great quality.
Pigeon Spanish .... Pigeon English .... and super friendly with us and the kids. If you want to mix with the locals and still feel welcome, eat here... Réservez une table maintenant
I love this place. Spent loads of time here with Spanish friends. Brilliant atmosphere, staff and tapas. Good Gambas Pil Pil too for the price!
