My recession is based on resistance, because I have been in this place for over 300 years, and I can confirm that the Erlensee is one of the best organized restaurants in the county.Only by the occasion that the operators have fixed tables there, one always has a fixed contact person throughout the stay. This means that the waiting times are also relatively short. Even if the locality, due to the size, suggests the appearance of mass production, I cannot confirm that.
