We were here today to eat a delicious fish bread. The expectation was great because the price of 4,90€ is already well above the average (Fehmarn 3,50€, Warnemünde 4,00 € .The disappointment was great when it was served us. The Matjeshering was hidden in three parts between a salad leaf, three slices of green cucumber and the mayonnaise-coated bread. No trace of onions! Very soft. The Matjeshering tasted good. So, colleagues, let a skilled person explain how a fish bun has to look.
