I ordered a spicy poutine an got spicy fries but got charged for a spicy poutine.. I ordered the Ernie's platter and didn't get what comes with a Ernie's platter but got charged Ernie's platter prices... ordered a crunchy combo and the fries weren't cooked thoroughly.. I'm not very happy I pay like everyone else so I don't understand why I'm treated so badly there.. I also don't like when u prove them wrong and they laugh at you.. I believe the younger teens working there are very rude and not business like.. I love Ernie's until it seems like they don't put enough time into cooking it..for. Me anyway ..sorry I'm gonna give it a one star
Even though they are not your family and probably far from it you will be treated and welcomed as family. Good food made with heart. I know it cost money but everything cost money especially if you want something real. I was there last week, and ordered a chicken souvlaki. After waiting for, what seemed like an eon, the chicken was definitely overcooked and dried out. When I cut into the chicken, it was like cutting into cardboard. You can definitely tell that it was frozen and then thawed out and cooked to no ends. Will not come back again.
