Absolutely fantastic place! The staff is wonderful, the gardens are stunning, and the collection of historic furniture and paintings is remarkable. The facilities are excellent, featuring convenient toilet arrangements, a well-stocked gift shop, and a lovely café that serves delicious meals suitable for all ages. The tours of the house were both friendly and informative, with a wealth of personal insights. The use of an "interview" technique during the tours was brilliant and engaging for both children and adults! House of Dun is family-friendly and dog-friendly too. There are lovely walks and a playground, and while dogs are not allowed in the main house, they are welcome in the café, where...
