We stayed 4 days with 5 people at the Erzgebirgshotel Freiberger Höhe and can only report well. When checking in, we noticed that we have been allocated room with double bed for 2 adults and a child of 8 years (hadow booked via penny trips so that the mistake of the travel company was not of the hotel) . Of course we did not find that tingling but the nice staff at the reception took care of our concern and provided us with a family room with no extra charge. Very great praise!!!! It is very hard that guests are satisfied. Very great!!!! It was very clean. Both in the rooms and in public areas. Breakfast was world class. There was everything the heart desired. Everything. We have been allowed to collect the first impressions and are so satisfied. The food is very good and the staff friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a main road and our room is out to the street, so that there was always something louder. The rooms are slightly brighter, so you can hear the neighbour snoring. Also the tiles under the carpet can take some sleep. Unfortunately, the surrounding area does not offer so much worth seeing except landscape, especially since AI does not necessarily make longer trips. A little more design options for the time between meals All in all, it is a nice hotel that you can recommend.
2 nights are really enough. Evening buffet was more than disappointing on both days. Much frozen food, nothing really fresh. There was nothing to expose at breakfast. The staff also tends to be annoyed. Room was as clean as possible, should be expected at specified 3. It is also annoying that even other guests are more friendly and more decent than the staff. Visit was to stop, but we don't come again.
A hotel with light and shadow! Large room/old furniture. Very good breakfast buffet/deficient evening buffet. To small restaurant area, there is not room for all guests. Whoever comes too late can wait and wait. Conclusion: A hotel that has come to life through the Travdo group. We stayed 6 days All inclusive in this hotel and were thrilled! : Very good food, great drinks selection, very large rooms and the staff was simply great. Leisure offers are also abundant! The wellness area was also used by us and is highly recommended to our conclusion: a hotel where no wishes remain open.
Great hotel! Friendly staff who are always there for one. Our room was very large and nicely clean. It is worth noting the good kitchen, a thick praise to the chef and his team! We were four and no one had anything to do. We can recommend this hotel with a good conscience!
