Food was good....until the selection for lunch. According to offer choice between 3 menus, but gave only 2. All Inclusive until 21 o'clock ok, you have to pay after that too ok. But the waiter's doing 22 o'clock in the evening and you don't get anything....not okay. In the offer was 1 x cosmetic for the woman and 1x massage for the man. Lady was sick. Replacement was taken care of but the appointment was then beyond the departure. Sad. Wi-Fi....3€ and then grottos bad. There was a multiple faster data volume. Otherwise everything was okay. First a very warm thank you to Mrs Fleck, who was not only really always competent, friendly and helpful. She sent us our iPad back, that we had forgotten in the room. A real sight of the staff! A hotel with light and shadow! Large room/old furniture. Very good breakfast buffet/deficient evening buffet. To small restaurant area, there is not room for all guests. Whoever comes too late can wait and wait. Conclusion: A hotel that has come to life through the Travdo group. But it is time to invest, because for a long time the guests will no longer take the rooms without complain!
