Excel·lent projecte, un lloc preciós i menú súper complet, variat i deliciós. El restaurant només és obert en temporada d'estiu, i els productes surten de l'horta que hi ha just al costat de la finca. Tot preparat manualment, fins i tot el seitan, la cervesa o el pa. Filosofia zero-waste, ecològica i tracte súper amable i atent.
