I really like escalante's I go at least 50 times a year but 90% of the time to the westhimer location I never have to check my Togo it is always exactly what was ordered. The last few times I went to this location something was missing this time it was jalapeños, tomatio,sause and Limes also I was eating with my boss it makes us both look incompetent when we cannot deliver. I did not place the order it is difficult for me to check it myself. If yall wonder why you tips are disappearing and maybe me this is why I tipped. 25% for to go never again. Every one has always been very friendly and professional but I could care less when I have to have an awkward lunch with my boss
I stopped by for a drink and really loved the bar's setup, especially the large windows overlooking the street. I was served by Rodrigo, who was very friendly and had great energy. I will definitely be coming back for more drinks!
Jose Luis is an amazing server, and Santi the Manager is always looking for ways to make you feel appreciated, both are constantly checking that everything is up to expectation, and off course the food is great as well.
I absolutely adore Escalantes! Rodrigo and Jose Luis at the bar are fantastic! The food is incredible, and the hospitality is top-notch! Santi is also wonderful! It's definitely one of my favorite places to have lunch.

José Luis made us feel very welcome. A very professional and generous server. The pollo escalante with tequila peppercorn sauce was sabrosito! Great Friday afternoon at Escalante’s!
