Visited this place today whilst on a Jet2 excursion. Had only 1.5 hours for lunch. Was recommended by the tour guide as good food, good service and reasonable prices. We found a table and the waiter gave us the menus. We waited for table service. 15 minutes later, no one had bothered, but table service noted given to others, so I went inside to order and pay. 50 minutes later no food. People who had arrived significantly after us had started to get their food. Eventually, as our time was running out, I went inside to find out where the order was . Luckily the tour guide was eating in there so was able to speak to the staff for me, However it all seemed very blaze and they argued about the time I had ordered. I know how long we had waited as we used a revolute card which had notified us of the transaction. As this conversation was going, on our food arrived. Part of the order was wrong, so this was returned, and the replacement burger which was originally ordered was presented as a single beef patty on the plate, with no bun or salad. We had no choice but to eat it as only 10 minutes left until coach was departing. Plate of mediocre pork, and chicken, chips and greasy fried egg. Overpriced. No apology, they were not even bothered. Argued about time of order placed. Another couple on the coach who had ordered food ended up with nothing. Toilets were not clean and had no soap. Would absolutely NOT recommend. I would give zero stars if I could.
