I am absolutely appalled! I had booked a hall for June 8th from 6 to 9 PM and paid a deposit. Today, I received a call asking for the balance, which was initially $100.00. However, I was then informed that the rate had increased to $200.00. When I inquired about it, they rudely told me to just come back and take my deposit instead! This is incredibly unprofessional. I’m very frustrated, especially since my non-profit cheer banquet is just a week away and there's no time to find another venue. Additionally, I found Fran to be rude and ill-suited for dealing with children. Please think twice before considering this place for food or events!
