Arriving on the island we go straight to the restaurant, delicious skewers from TC, roasted to order. Lots of variety, all great, but I love the one with smoked mozzarella and molasses. Wonderful skewers very affordable for the quality and variety they offer. Very good service. The order came right from both the skewers and the portions. I highly recommend.
