Have eaten here several times over the last few years and this was the only time I havenât particularly enjoyed the experience. Mustâve been sat down for minutes and all weâd had brought to our tables was some chicken thighs. Service picked up eventually by the time we left but by this point weâd filled up on all the sides because we were hungry. Just felt like a waste of money as we didnât get enough steak brought round.
Brought my husband here for his birthday yesterday and it was lovely! We were the only ones in at Super quiet. But still checked on us to make sure we were ok. Iâm assuming if itâs busier they come around with the meats a lot more. They even brought a slice of cake out for my husbands birthday, nice touch. Would return
Food was lovely. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately it was really evident that the staff wanted to get finished up, which I understand as it was Christmas Day. However we felt rushed after being only there minutes and it spoilt it for us. Staff very noisy cleaning up around us and it off putting. It was a real shame.
Lovely Restaurant. Food lovely but we did get missed quite a bit with some options of meats but when asked they fetched items out to us. Eaten here a number of times and food is always excellent. Love the concept. Fairly expensive for Christmas Day but this is to be expected. Réservez une table maintenant
The experience was overall good ð. The staff are very attentive and nice. Meat quality was good however not many options when it comes to the hot sides. Salad is amazing. The only negative is that the network is bad in the restaurant. But overall good atmosphere.
The service was very poor. It was relatively quiet so no excuse there. We asked for chips times before somebody finally brought them. Nobody ever asked us for second round of drinks etc. Its a shame as we love this place but service this time let us down.
Christmas Day was fantastic, great service and the food was great. The Salad bar was stocked well with a few Xmas variations. The perfect way to spend an alternative Christmas Day.
Food was amazing as always. Only downside was the initial wait for the meat. The restaurant was very quiet, yet we waited over minutes before we were offered any meat. Réservez une table maintenant
Waiters coming far too often to offer meats, even though our sign said no thank you Wasn't given chance to relax. No vegetables
