Estelle was a great restaurant, one of my favorites in the Twin Cities. It carries off its flannel, casual elegance with panache, without a whiff of pretension, unlike other Twin Cities restaurants I have disliked in the past. The now shuttered Haute Dish comes to mind. We sat at the bar and immediately noticed the eclectic crowd. An older couple was on our right, perhaps not as old as us, but close. I've visited this restaurant twice, and my experiences were quite different each time. The food and drinks were excellent on both occasions. During my first visit with a friend, we had a fantastic time and received outstanding service. However, my second visit with my family was less impressive. Although we arrived on time for our reservation and were seated fairly quickly, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes at our table without being acknowledged or even offered water. We overheard some of the servers discussing who was supposed to serve us. I absolutely adore Estelle! The service is consistently excellent, with a super friendly staff that is quick and attentive. The food is incredibly delicious. I might venture to try something other than the generous bowl of perfectly crafted pasta in the future, but for now, I always go for the spicy pesto radiatore—even though I'm not usually a fan of pesto. It’s just that good! Alternatively, I enjoy the fennel sausage rigatoni, depending on my mood. Both dishes are outstanding. I can't recommend Estelle enough! It has a charming and stylish atmosphere that remains casual and welcoming. The service is outstanding, provided by staff who genuinely care about their guests and the food they serve. The cocktails are inventive and tasty, accompanied by an extensive selection of spirits and liqueurs. The food is impeccable—fresh, delicious, and innovative—offering unique combinations of ingredients that are truly exceptional. Estelle there's only love for this place. Every time I dine at Estelle, their service is impeccable and their food is beautiful and delicious. This is the place that I take my out of town guests to, or to celebrate a special occasion with familyand friends, or an intimate dinner date with my husband... because I know it's never going to disappoint... their high standardof patron care and exceptional menu... consistently top notch. Estelle, in my opinion, is one of the best gastronomicrestaurants in the twin cities.

best restaurant in stpaul hands down! best food ever, shrimp toast appetizer never fails, any of their pastas will blow your mind (the spaghetti?!!!!! I would never order spaghetti typically but this is a sleeper dish!! unreal!!! but most importantly the staff is the highlight. Sam is the joy of our experience everytime, a true hospitality king who sets Estelle’s vibe standard. Also Chef Naime deserves an award for his work in the kitchen, an absolute wizard of a chef!!!!

This charming neighborhood restaurant offers a delightful dining experience. Cesar, our server, was attentive and well-informed. The green gazpacho was a unique and exquisite choice. The wine list was thoughtfully curated, featuring some lesser-known Spanish wines. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of vegetarian main dishes. The mixed drinks, especially the Adios Don Quixote!, were creatively crafted and delicious.

The true highlight of the meal was the Anolini Nero. The roasted corn added a delightful sweetness, and the pasta was not too heavy. I also loved the mild sauce with sun-dried tomatoes. Each dish left us wanting more, so we couldn't resist ordering two desserts. To top it all off, the restaurant treated us to complimentary churros! We will definitely be returning! Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. The host and the server were both very kind and welcoming. The pasta with jalapeno puree was not spicy at all, which is good for me but if you're looking for a kick try the chicken kabob instead. The shrimp was verytasty too.

Such an amazing experience with the most kind considerate waitress. Tried multiple different items off the menu. All vegan friendly except the churros rigatoni.
