What a find this place is! This is food about as good as it gets and the menu is ever changing based on what is locally available. The menu is simple and perfect, a choice of a 6 course or 8 course tasting menu; with a wine pairing option. Not stuffy but exactly how it should be. The staff are all engaging and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is spotless and a perfect balance of style but not overdone. We attended Etch for the first time last night. Wow, what an experience. From arrival at the “secret” cocktail bar, then an absolute delight in terms of service, food and atmosphere. can't make it wrong, but very echo room. along with the loud, inappropriate music, made the conversation and enjoying the evening quite difficult. fine eating, but the atmosphere didn't fit!
I’d give this restaurant 10 out of 5 if I could it’s INSANELY GOOD. The most tasty and amazing experience probably of my whole life. I Can’t wait to go back.
