Waited an eternity for our food this afternoon. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but the waitstaff (one person, it seems) needs support and training on handling a high-occupancy dining room. After ordering our food, and waiting upwards of an hour for it to arrive to our table, we had finally inquired about its status. Apparently, they had run out of paneer and went to receive a new delivery of it. It definitely would’ve helped our dining experience to understand what the delay was about vs. waiting for a long time no updates. Secondly, the food wasn’t great. Of course, this is subjective, but both my friend and I thought the meals we ordered (Chettinad chicken curry and paneer biryani...
Where do begin, first off the customer service was not good. We had to keep asking the waiter water or else we wouldn’t have gotten anything. On top of that the food took an hour to come …. Now let’s get to the food , we got chicken lollipop which had this sour tomato sauce which was nasty and the chicken was hard and old . We also got the chicken tikka pizza which tasted even worse , it had barely any sauce and like no cheese. Moving on to the drinks we got pina colada and a watermelon mojito which tasted like cough syrup and came in small tiny glasses. For the main course we got the chicken biryani which was okay and an assortment of different curries which were okay.
A gem of an indian estaurant hidden in the Queens area of Kew Gardens which opened about 12 months ago. The restaurant has a team of cheerful welcoming staff who are attentive and helpful. They know the menu well and take time to share their views on which dishes suit your palate for the dinner. The food is delicious and you are given plenty of time to enjoy your meal and the relaxed atmosphere. Meal pricing is very reasonable. The restaurant does not have liquor licence I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Indian cuisine and are looking for a new experience.
We came around 12, so I guess that’s why the wait time was like an hour. Food is mediocre, not really good. You’re honestly better off going to Jackson Heights for Desi food. The server was sweet so complaints about him. They need to hire a better chef. The pina coloda taste like cough syrup. The pizza and chicken lollipop had a very strange tangy taste. I wouldn’t come again honestly.

I visited this restaurant for a late lunch with two friends who were in the mood for Indian food, and it really satisfied our cravings. We shared two dishes: Palak Paneer and Lamb Coconut Curry, along with garlic naan. Everything was delicious, and the server was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!
We ordered takeout from Eternity India for the first time, and the food was freshly prepared and delicious! Although the service was slow, it was definitely worth the wait.
Food was not good.Chicken lollipops were hard and rice is not cooked well.Top of that,no drinks was there.I went for drinks,there were no drinks.Not even mango lassi.
It was a very nice experience to go there.we liked chicken bamboo biriyani...we tried also tandoori pizza.Every thing was very very yammi..
