Nice and elegant restaurant. the service is exceptional, pending that everything is perfect and its fall. the food was perfect. We asked for the eugenia menu and gave us a lot. traditional dishes with an avant-garde touch that takes it to another level. To highlight the crunchy, tasty and tender pigs, they surprised me forever. the size of the rations is the appropriate considering the type of menu that is. good pair of wines. very good quality price. totally recommended.
the food was good, but, except the artichokes that were very good, I was not surprised. the service seemed to me that it is not up to a Michelin star, little personal and the rhythm of the dishes somewhat slow. It'll look silly, but I've been trying to get visual contact with a waitress to get my bread back, when it's something you should be careful about. We've asked for a letter and we've gone to Euros/persons.
to say of this establishment, from my experience all perfect. cooked and quality with delicious dishes and an impeccable presentation. the very attentive and friendly staff. Finally also highlight the local, comfortable, cozy and in the center of pamplona. it was not the first time I went and of course it will not be the last.
