In order to find a great coffee shop to get my caffeine fix, I often look to the reviews Local Guides like myself write about our experiences. The smell of freshly brewed coffee, the sound of people catching up with friends, and the taste of a specialty blend bring me pure joy. Now yes it is true that I grew up right here in Seaford but I have been living all over the place for almost 20 years. I recently returned home and discovered Every Fiber Coffee and couldn't be happier! Forget the tired chain coffee shops this is the real deal! If you're looking for the coffee shop experience and that down home feel you're in the right place! Founded in 2018 by Alan Cranston, Every Fiber Coffee is one of the newest additions to Downtown Seaford. This welcome addition is part of the revitalization efforts of the downtown area being made by the residents of the community. Alan is a native of Seaford and has made it his mission to provide the community with quality coffee and fantastic food. The Cranston family has been a part of the community for over 40 years so, you know the dedication to family and community is not a new concept for this business owner. They have milk alternatives for those of you who are lactose intolerant, or for those who have chosen to cut out dairy for healthier low fat options. But for me you could put whole fat cream into it and I'll still drink it! Now for everyone who has a gluten allergy they do have some menu items that are offered and are gluten-free, but if you catch me eating something gluten free or vegan you might want to call the ambulance because there is a pretty good chance I have a head injury. When creating a coffee shop you want it to be warm and inviting. A place where you get a very comfortable feeling that neighborhood environment where you feel that you can have a conversation over coffee with your friends and family. I'd have to say Alan hit the nail on the head when he came up with the idea for this place. From the décor to the open concept this is a place where you don't mind sitting and chatting because you just feel at home. Now Every Fiber brews premium coffee by Rise Up Coffee Roasters. Headquartered in Easton, Maryland, Rise Up has become a nationally recognized brand so it is definitely worth grabbing a cup of joe at a location that supports a coffee roster so close to home! Rise Up represents 15 years of total dedication to sustainable coffees, Certified Organic Certified Fair Trade. This wonderful addition to downtown brings the local community closer together. Where else can you meet a local entrepreneur who has put his blood sweat and tears into his business and get a great cup of coffee at the same time? You can definitely stop in here and run into friends or catch up with someone you haven't seen in awhile. Either way it's great! The family friendly atmosphere and genuine love for the community is definitely a part of why I love this place! My favorite coffee specialty here is the Latte Macchiato with a shot of Caramel. There is nothing like supporting your fellow entrepreneurs in the community. Now they don't only have Coffee here. You definitely need to check out the menu items! The Waffle sandwich looked phenomenal and the bacon, egg and cheese was mouthwatering! Not only is the environment nice, his staff are all friendly and accommodating. You definitely want a barista who will remember you, and your favorite drink. Having a friendly staff helps boost the quality of the business because you know if the staff has a great attitude it makes the experience more appealing. So, if you're looking for that down home customer service and want a great cup of coffee this is the perfect place for you! Slip on in to Every Fiber Coffee make some new friends and get a fantastic cup of coffee and something great to eat! And remember support local! We love everything about every fiber. It can be very busy in peak times, with good reason. The various coffee and tea drinks are excellent, like the food. Although, as Sussex County man, I usually have junk and eggs (with or without the sourdough toast that is great), the menu has a lot of options, and it is nice to get a restaurant quality burger for lunch. They are stuffed and/or left with residues. There are many tables, and the lovingly designed atmosphere in this historic building is just as beneficial to work on a laptop for hours (what I have done), as it is to enjoy breakfast with friends and family.
