Evviva Trattoria Marlborough

Evviva Trattoria is a great place to enjoy delicious Italian food in a cozy and friendly setting. The menu has a variety of dishes to suit every taste, from classic pasta and pizza to salads and sandwiches. I ordered the chicken parmesan with spaghetti, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender and crispy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the pasta was cooked al dente. The service was attentive and courteous, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back to try more dishes from their menu.

Took mom there Saturday night for mother's day, the waitress was very nice and friendly. The food however was so so. The veal Parm was burnt on the edges on both orders, one order the fried ravioli had no sauce asked for more and the food was not hot. The veal saltimbocca okay. Spent $174 for 3 people, not sure I would do that again.Food: 3/5

After a full day of travel and business meetings, I stopped in to grab an early dinner. The establishment is a very open space with an outdoor patio. I enjoyed a cup of minestrone soup. It was very hearty and satisfying. I followed it up with a personal neopoliton pizza. It had a nice crispy crust. A good meal all and all.

First off the service and atmosphere is great. Most importantly the food was excellent. My wife and i are very serious about italian food and the kitchen did a great job. Pasta was perfect the pizza was A and we were very happy!Food: 5/5

Sat at the bar for a drink and a meal with my wife. It took a while for staff to greet us. Took longer to get our beers. The meal was good, not great. One and done for us.Food: 3/5
